By using LimeSplit you agree to these terms.

What LimeSplit is

A record-keeping tool for shared expenses. It does not move money, hold money, or connect to your bank or MMG account. "Settle up" records that a payment happened outside the app.

Your records

You're responsible for the accuracy of what you and your groups record. AI receipt reading is an assist — always review before finalizing. Balances shown are calculations from your group's records, not debts enforceable by us.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service (see the Acceptable Use Policy). We may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty

LimeSplit is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we're not liable for disputes between group members or losses arising from records kept here.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.
